It takes place on  <\/span><b>Thanksgiving<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">morning and tour the city&#8217;s Fifth Avenue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It includes giant balloons of popular cartoon and movie characters, marching bands, floats and performers.
