After a couple of very shaky semesters, Spring 2021 is taking shape. Despite all the difficulties our students have had to overcome, we are excited to announce that many freshies<\/em> have settled into their new universities and many athletes are already not only competing, but also winning.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Of the 2021<\/strong> MAEstars<\/strong>, five students have joined their corresponding universities: Lolo Martinetti at Anderson University, Alex Salvador at the University of Idaho, Jordi Das\u00ed at Lee University, Jose Mar\u00eda Oltra at Wheeling University and Marta Ojeda at Tiffin University.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, our athletes never cease to surprise us and in the first weeks of the season we have already received great news from many of them:<\/span><\/p>\n

Lucia Marzal went last weekend to Indoor Nationals<\/strong>. Carles Ant\u00f3n has started the season winning, as has Rafa Izquierdo, who was also Player of the Week in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC)<\/strong>. Marta Ojeda, who has just joined the university, has won all 4 bouts in which she has competed. Miguel Bermejo has made his debut at Lindenwood and has achieved the victory against Arkansas State University.<\/span><\/p>\n

From MAE<\/strong> we would like to wish you the best of luck, both to those of you who are getting used to the university and the new life and to those of you who have been there for a while and continue giving the best of yourselves.
